These small sweet & sour yogurt bytes are great to serve as a snack for evening tea time or as a starter to any delicious meal. Easy to make and can be prepared in advance to be served later. The flavour might slightly vary as per the brand of ingredients used.

Hung Curd/ Greek yogurt - Yogurt is a natural probiotic which is great for digestive system. It has a little sour taste naturally which gives a unique flavour to the dish. In this recipe I am using plain greek yogurt, if you want to create a dairy free recipe you can substitute it with any non dairy yogurt. Make sure the yogurt is well drained of any excess water.

To make Hung curd (thick curd) from regular yogurt just take the yogurt and put it in a muslin cloth and let the excess water drain out from the yogurt.

Apple - We are using a red apple in this recipe, you can use any other variety or mix two different varieties of apples. The choice of apple might change the flavours slightly.

Seasoning - To enhance the flavour we will be using few spices in the recipe. If you or the guests have any allergies, you can avoid those ingredients.
