Salads can be prepared with different variations, they are healthy, filling and have balanced nutrition. The beautiful blend of colours, flavours and freshness creates a sumptuous meal in itself. Our little twist of using Turmeric infused Mozzarella makes it more fulfilling in all the aspects.
Avocado - Rich in good fats, fiber and potassium, avocado has various healthy properties. Avocado as widely known as a fruit is a kind of berry which is grown in warm areas. For the salad we need a ripe avocado but not too soft.
Turmeric Mozzarella - Cheese comes in different shapes, sizes and flavours, Mozzarella cheese is widely used in salads for its light savoury flavour. In this recipe I have used small round mozzarella balls infused with turmeric. Turmeric is enriched with anti oxidants and should always be consumed with some fat. Cherry Tomatoes - Small and slightly sweet in taste these tomatoes add great flavour to the recipe. They come in different colours and all have a distinct flavour.I have used red cherry tomatoes in this recipe, you can also mix other kinds as per your choice.
Ingredients:
Avocados - 2 (Ripe)
Turmeric Infused Mozzarella - 1/2 Cup
Cherry Tomatoes - 1/2 Cup
Seasoning:
Salt - 1/2 Tsp.
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp.
Crushed Black Pepper - 1/4 Tsp.
Paprika (optional) - 1/4 Tsp.
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp.
Presenation:
1. Cut avocado in thin slices and cherry tomatoes in halves.
2. Plate Turmeric cheese, avocado and cherry tomatoes as per your creativity.
3. Garnish with seasoning - Sprinkle salt, crushed black pepper, turmeric, paprika (optional) and lemon juice.
4. Serve it cold.
