  • Flaxseed in water - This is the easiest and most efficient way of adding flaxseeds to your diet. Just add a spoonful of flaxseed powder in a glass of water and drink up. This also helps in easy digestion of the seeds.


Flaxseed Gel:

Application of Flaxseed gel on skin and hair is the best way to get all the benefits. Making flaxseed gel is very easy and can be stored for 2-3 weeks for repeated use.


Ingredients:

Whole Flaxseeds - 2 tbsp.

Water - 1 cup


Recipe:

  • Boil one cup of water and add 2 tbsp. of flaxseeds and boil for 10 mins.

  • Strain the liquid while it's hot.

  • Let the gel cool down and it will be in right consistency.

  • Drink excess water for digesting the seeds and preventing dehydration.

  • Strain the gel while it's hot, once cold it will be very thick to strain easily.
